Partnership & business development

We find the partners, and start the conversation.

Most small companies have something worth partnering on and no time to go looking for the counterpart. That search — and the first email — is the work we do.

One reply, one real person. No forms, no sequence.

The problem

Partnerships stall before they start.

Not because the fit is wrong, but because nobody had two uninterrupted days to work out who the right twenty companies were, find the person who would care, and write something worth replying to. It is the first move that never gets made.

How it works

  1. We build the shortlist

Researched, not scraped. Partners, stockists, wholesale accounts — companies where there is an actual reason for the two of you to talk, written down next to each name.

  2. We write the first approach

One company at a time, in your voice, specific to them. You read every message and approve it before it goes anywhere.

  3. You take the conversations

Replies land in your inbox, not ours. We hand over the thread and the context, and stay out of the way.

Track record

Sourced and closed the Ozlo × Calm Sleepbuds partnership — from first outreach to a launched co-branded product in about three months.

How we contact companies

We think outreach should be something you would be comfortable receiving. In practice that means:

  • We write to the general enquiry address a company publishes on its own websitecontact@, info@ and the like — and we record where and when we found it.
  • We do not buy lists, guess addresses, or write to personal addresses.
  • Every message says who we are, why we are writing, where we got the address, and how to stop hearing from us.
  • If you ask us to stop, that is permanent and applies to your whole domain. One click, no confirmation step.
  • Volume is capped on purpose. We send a handful a day, never more than one message to the same company.

Get in touch

If any of this is useful, write back.

Tell me what you sell and who you wish would stock it. If I can help I will say so, and if I cannot I will say that too.
